All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
All estimates provided by Rialto Deck & Fence are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit and remain valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted in writing. Estimates are not binding contracts. A project begins only when both parties have signed a written service agreement.
Final pricing may change from the estimate if:
Any change to the agreed scope or price will be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval and crew availability. We make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated start date communicated at the time of signing, but delays caused by permit processing, weather, or material availability are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation without fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule after signing a service agreement:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to team@rialtodeckandfence.com.
Payment schedules are outlined in each individual service agreement. In general:
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations have not been met.
Rialto Deck & Fence obtains all required building permits on behalf of the customer for permitted work. Permit fees are included in or itemized within the estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring legal access to the property and for resolving any pre-existing code violations, HOA conflicts, or property disputes that may affect the project. We are not responsible for delays caused by permit processing times at the applicable city or county office.
